Saying that Vinnie Calaiuta has always been a fan of Paiste is an understatement. When he made the switch to Paiste he said that the 602s were A classic cymbal that I remember from many years ago. They were very sought after, and used by a lot of contemporaries that I had heard and loved and that their reintroduction showed a commitment to something important to sound. Paistes commitment to sound has continued with the release of their new Formula 602 Modern Essentials line. This series was co-designed by Paiste and Vinnie Calaiuta himself. Vinnie is no stranger to teaming up with endorsers to create new and exciting gear. In fact, he spearheaded the design of the Zildjian A Customs in the early 90s. Looking at his track record, its easy to see why Vinnie has been one of the industrys top dogs for so long. Frank Zappa, Jeff Beck, Megadeath, Chick Corea, Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, & Tori Amos have all called on Mr. Calaiuta when they needed some to hold down the beat the way only Vinnie can. With such a vast range of material and heavy work load, Calaiuta needed something that was not only extremely versatile but incredibly consistent. The 602s were exactly that, the Modern Essentials are simply a new twist on the classic formula.With heavier hammer marks, not unlike the Signature Traditionals; these cymbals are rich, warm, lush, and complex. The heavier hammer marks really helps focus in the sound of these cymbals. They have an overall darker fundamental while still being incredibly crisp with a sharp and at times bright attack. These hi-hats are very crisp with a warm, smooth, almost chocolaty tone. These hats have an incredibly pronounced chick sound with an equally impressive wash to them. They have a nice sharp hiss that is perfect for releases and accents. Overall, and extremely set of hats that are sure to fit beautifully into any musical context. Please Pack Your Item Properly placing it back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then place it with your invoice into an outer shipping box. Please pack it properly so your item won't get damaged in transit.
Ship Your Item with Return Label
Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions
Please read these conditions before returning any item. If all conditions are not met, wereserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will credit your account. Please allow 7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used at time of purchase.Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price.
