SL MkII can directly control your plug-in instruments and FX (you also get an Italian made, semi-weighted keyboard mechanism). SL MkII comes with Automap, a piece of software that has been designed to make the job of assigning your hardware controls to various software parameters quick and easy. Automap enables knobs, faders and buttons to instantly control plug-in instruments/FX, as well as your sequencer's mixer, transport controls and more. Open a plug-in instrument/FX, and you have instant access to all the plug-in parameters. This allows you to assign knobs, faders and buttons, by simply clicking on the software parameter, and touching the control! Please Pack Your Item Properly placing it back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then place it with your invoice into an outer shipping box. Please pack it properly so your item won't get damaged in transit.
Ship Your Item with Return Label
Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Please read these conditions before returning any item. If all conditions are not met, wereserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Once we receive and inspect your items, we will credit your account. Please allow 7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used at time of purchase.Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price.
