The Blackmagic Design URSA Mini 4K is a portable and
lightweight camera that is suitable for filmmaking, television shows,
indies, documentaries, and more. It features a 4K Super-35mm image
sensor with global shutter and 12 stops of dynamic range. Although
compact and perfect for handheld shooting, the URSA Mini 4K captures
impressive cinematic images and offers advanced features for
professional workflows. The camera records 4000 x 2160 video up to 60p
and features a 4-pin XLR industry standard power connector that works
with 12V to 30V external power supplies.
To preserve the full
dynamic range and color tonality, the camera can record uncompressed raw
files. It can also record compressed raw files and features dual CFast
2.0 SD card slots. With a 5” 1080p flip-out touchscreen, you can
customize settings easily, and with 12G-SDI out, HD-SDI monitoring out, 2
LANC inputs, timecode-in, and reference input, you get versatile
connections.
The URSA Mini 4K offers built-in stereo microphones
for pro-quality recording and features two XLR mic inputs with 48V
phantom power, level adjustment knobs, and onscreen audio meters. A full
version of DaVinci Resolve software for editing, color grading, media
management, mastering, and delivery is included.
