FREE SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping – Most items qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous USA. Our standard shipping is via UPS ground so standard shipping times are between 1 to 7 business days. Upgraded expedited shipping via UPS is available upon request at a small extra cost to the customer.

In-stock domestic shipments are usually shipped the same day of order.

All orders placed after 11am on Friday are shipped out the following Monday unless it is a holiday.

Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable.

It's a special order.

Item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.

The item is out of stock or backordered.

The item's particular qualities like its size, weight, type of material or other things disqualify it.


United States

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states.

All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and International are charged at Standard air and international shipping rates.


International

We ship most international packages via UPS and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

We also reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.

 

30 DAY RETURNS

Photo savings 30-Day Return Procedures

You may return an item purchased from PHOTO SAVINGS for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, see below some conditions and exclusions.

You may initiate a return or exchange by giving us a call 1800-606-PHOTO (7468), or contact us.

Please Pack Your Item Properly placing it back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then place it with your invoice into an outer shipping box. Please pack it properly so your item won't get damaged in transit.


Ship Your Item with Return Label

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read these conditions before returning any item. If all conditions are not met, wereserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.


Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.


Exchanges

Please allow 5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your items, we will credit your account. Please allow 7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used at time of purchase.Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.


Limited Liability

Photo Savings is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. We are also not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the purchase price only. Also, claims for missing items and/or damaged items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of purchase.
